Flower Delivery in Antwerp, Belgium

Flower delivery at home or office ?
Starting from 15 euro (approx. 18 US Dollar) we arrange delivery of flowers in the region of Antwerp in Belgium. This is only for the flowers themselves, for the additional delivery costs please check the list below.

How can I order flowers ?

You can order by phone on +32-3-645.24.XX, or by sending a fax to +32-3-645.18.XX. (32 is the countrycode of Belgium)

Payment is possible with all major credit cards.

Who are you, why should I trust my order with you ?

'Bloemen Schotsmans' is a flowershop in Antwerp, Belgium that has been in our family for more than 40 years.
'Bloemen Schotsmans' could be translated as 'Flowers Schotsmans', Schotsmans being the name of my mother, who founded our company in 1964.
We are not a flashy internet company that hands off your order to some local florist unknown to you and takes a nice comission.
We take your order, we make the bouquet or arrangement with quality flowers from growers we have known for years and we even take care of delivery ourselves. And if you have a complaint (which we doubt), you can complain with us, and not with some anonymous person (if you're lucky to get a live person) who hasn't even seen the flowers that were delivered.

What information should I provide when ordering flowers ?

When ordering by fax or email, please provide the following information:

Bouquet or floral arrangement Possibly the preferred colors Possibly the reason or theme for the gift (birth, love, spring, mourning, mother's day, birthday, ...) But remember: If you give us more freedom, it will be easier for us to surprise! Amount you want to spend + payment information Address + name where we should deliver the flowers Date + time when we should deliver (before or after noon) Possibly the text for the included card

When ordering by phone, please keep in mind we will ask the above questions.

Can you deliver the flowers today ?

If you place an order before noon (local time) it is normally no problem to deliver your bouquet or flowers the same day. To give you a reference: it is 10:53:25 AM here now.

On busy 'flowerdays', like mother's day, valentine,... we recommend ordering in advance. To make sure we will be able to deliver all orders on these busy days, it is possible that at a certain point we have to stop taking any further orders.

Where do you deliver - what are the costs of delivery ?

Normally we deliver in the whole provice of Antwerp. Belgium is only a small country, but this still means we are able to deliver flowers to about 10 percent of our population.
You've got an address but are not sure if we'll deliver there ? Just phone or mail us and we'll let you know asap if we'll deliver and the delivery costs. (for reference: 5 Euro is about 6 US Dollars)
